I’m holding this sacred day of loving sound on Valentine’s Day, in celebration of World Sound Healing Day.
Each year, I hold a circle — but this time, it felt right to offer a full-day immersion into the healing power of sound.
If your body and soul are calling for deep rest and remembrance, this is for you.
Our voice holds the essence of who we are.
Releasing it brings us into deep connection with our wise, wise heart, and the truth within.
This is a space for everyone — you don’t need to be a singer,
only willing to explore your voice, your breath, your being.
Please bring a mat or sheepskin, cushion and blanket.
There will be teas, water and food provided.
